It seems they’ve intercepted information about a shady shipment going to Water & Power and the Rippers want Tank Girl and Jet to find out what’s in it. But first, Donner orders the girls to strip. Booga points out: "That’s not in the plan!" the other Rippers retort: "Why not?"
