Tank girl and Jet Girl are saved from the ripping and thrown back into a cell. Tank Girl realizes they’ve left Booga in charge of guarding them and decides to try and trick him into letting her and Jet out. In the process, Tank Girl learns that the Rippers believe she and Jet are Water & Power spies and that their leader, Johnny Prophet, is off somewhere trying to make salt water drinkable.
