Post-Skateboarding Scarfing Material Recipe

Raging Pasta Chicken Bowl

Chicken chunks mixed with pasta and vegetables all doused in a tomato sauce. The total cooking time is 15 minutes and serves 2.

Ingredients:

  • 1-inch diameter handful of spaghetti, linguini or whatever variant you like.
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 bag of frozen vegetables
  • 1½ lbs. of chicken

Other Stuff You’ll Need

  • Pot for boiling pasta water
  • Pan for cooking chicken
  • Pan for cooking vegetables
  • Large mixing bowl

Preparation

  1. Thaw/defrost chicken - if needed.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-size chunks.
  3. Beg your best friend’s sister to go out with you.

Cooking

  • Bring a pot of water to a full boil.
  • Dump frozen vegetables in pan on medium heat.
  • Toss chicken in another pan on medium heat.
  • When water boils, add pasta and lower to a mild boil for 10 minutes.
  • Stir frozen vegetables and chicken every few minutes.
  • Cook vegetables about 10 minutes or until they reach desired softness.
  • Cook chicken about 10 minutes or until slightly brown.
  • Add tomato sauce to chicken and stir.
  • Drain the water from the pasta and dump pasta into mixing bowl.
  • Add vegetables to mixing bowl.
  • Pour chicken and tomato sauce into mixing bowl
  • Mix up to get tomato sauce on everything.
  • Serve.
